Booked 7 rooms for about £30. That is what I expect to pay for a Travelodge as it is very basic. Check in was great, as the lady was a German speaker, while my guests came from Germany. So that was nice. The Little Chef opened at 07.00 AM, too late for us to have breakfast. A few miles down... more

Got the room for £20 so was more than happy but not sure I would have been if I'd have paid £50 or more. Room was standard Travelodge but since they have cut down on non-essentials such as bath oils etc (which I think is a good thing) they also seem to have got rid of essential things like a... more

Located just off motorway, this hotel looks quite pretty from outside. The room is acceptable size, but not very clean at all. The curtains are old and have never been ironed, very creased. The window can open only a little bit "due to security reasons". Spider webs were spotted in ceveral places. Some traffic noice, not terrible, but light sleepers... more
