Could not be happier than we were with this Premier Inn. Friendly staff, comfortable beds, cleans rooms,. Ate breakfast and dinner at restaurants and no complaints either. Food good service great, all in all great stay

There are plenty of positives about the Chichester Premier Inn. Although it is located on a Business Park, you can walk into the attractive city centre and its cathedral in 10 minutes. The hotel is quite close to the A27 so traffic noise is a problem if you open the windows to ventilate the room. The air con doesn't cool according to the instructions! The room was stuffy - there was a noisy cooling unit if you don't want to open windows. To be fair the hotel description mentions the noise insulation.... More

We stayed for 1 night and had two family rooms. We were made to feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Our rooms were very clean and very comfortable and the cots we requested were ready for the children. We had a very nice evening meal and the staff were so helpful with the children. We would stay here again.

Premier Inn rarely goes wrong, rooms are decent sizes, clean, tidy with really good sized desk. Beds very comfy although think we visited on a very busy weekend as the room lacked the normal spare pillows and the receptionist managed to find one spare pillow on the 2nd night of our stay which did help. My room was very clean. Bed was comfortable. Staff were all pleasant. Breakfast plentiful and hot. Presented well. I travelled with family, but had a room to myself. Nothing further you could ask for in a budget hotel
