The accommodations are in a relatively modern building separate from the pub. We did not experience any noise from the pub, but the rooms were not well insulated (we clearly heard our neighbor snoring). The room had an extremely musty odor but appeared reasonably clean. we arrived very late but staff were very friendly and helpful-room and bathroom was large clean comfortable and quiet with coffee/tea making facilities-parking was good and the full english breakfast was excellent-the public house next door was not intrusive and the hotel's location makes it an excellent choice to explore Chichester/Goodwood and the surrounding countryside more
