My girlfriend and I stayed here for four nights last week as we visited Brighton, Chichester, Southsea, etc. We had two nights in the chapel, and two nights in the house, and they were all as wonderful as each other. We found the place with very, very little trouble, without using a sat nav, and although the car park was... More

We often go to bognor as we have an elderly friend who lives there,She is not too well at the moment and it was wonderful to be able to look after her during the day and to relax in this delightful converted chapel in the evening. Even though it was very cold outside we were extremely cosy and warm. The... More

The welcome was warm, the room was very comfortable and the bed had a proper sprung mattress - most unusual in our experience! The inclusion of a small fridge was useful, both for wine and milk. Little touches like a bottle of squash and practically any toiletries a person could want we're much appreciated.

We escape every year to Old Chapel Forge for a much needed break. Clean lovely bedding, everything you could want in the bathroom, breakfast selection just fantastic with locally sourced ingredients. Tea, hot chocolate, coffee, fresh water and cookies, very welcome after a long drive. The little fridge just right if you want to pop a bottle of wine in... More

We wanted a cosy, tasteful bolt-hole for a night away from two young children and this suited us perfectly. Wonderfully warm, solid and so pretty. It had all the conveniences we could have asked for but the peace and privacy of a country retreat. Breakfast in the morning round the farmhouse table was a little awkward but everyone was perfectly... More

My family stayed both in the chapel and in the cottage fo 2 nights and had an absolutely lovely time. The host couldn't have been more accommodating or helpful. He even gave me a ring on one night to check what I wanted for breakfast as I'd forgotten to let him know. He also had great local knowledge and suggested... More

We stayed two nights in the front chapel suite and loved it's cosiness. We were made extremely welcome and enjoyed the company of two delightful couples over a scrumptious breakfast each morning. The big country kitchen table works wonderfully and our host was excellent at making everyone fell at ease as we munched on delicious fare. Our dog was made... More

I stayed here with my family for a couple of nights expecting a lovely experience but I was very disappointed. It was not the 4 star B&B I thought I had paid for. Beware of the sharp turn into the parking area off the road alongside the cottage, not easy to spot the first time you approach it. We stayed... More

We are sorry you were disappointed. I agree about the odour I did notice the carpet a little damp and had dried it off with a towel the next day it started give a odour and it obviously a milk spillage. We did not want to embarrass you if it had been you mishap, which I realise now it wasn't.... More

We have stayed at Old Chapel Forge twice now ... Both over the Christmas break when we have travelled from Singapore to see family in West Sussex. We really love it ! Sandra was SO friendly with our 6 year old and even made her poached eggs in the morning without the yolk. She thought this was magic and still... More

We had a super stay here in July 2012. Great breakfast served by fun hosts and owners. We have no hesitation reccommending this great B&B come holiday house. The two rooms in the Chapel are big enough for a holiday not just overnight!. Well situated to access lots of this great sussex coast we spent the day at West Wittering... More
