Hotel is in centre of Bradford. Rate was acceptable for premium room as it included wifi and breakfast. Ask for room at front of hotel as bus station at the back can get noisy in the mornings. City centre location & handy for Yorkshire Dales. Very welcoming staff but the whole hotel looks tired & dated. Bedroom, bathroom & restaurant area are all in need of a lick of paint / total refurb. Food very basic.

As a business user, £15 for 24hours of Internet service is expensive. Overall nice hotel, rooms are decent. The heating/cooling is horrible, radiator that wouldn't cool down and window that were so difficult to open and made horrible sounds. For a hilton it felt like an ibis or Etap hotel. Our room was spotlessly clean, slightly dated, but for the money we paid you couldn't fault it. Situated right in the centre of Bradford next to rail and bus stations so ideally placed for a city visit. Also excellently placed for the National Media Museum-2 minute walk. Breakfast was good value too.
