This must be the best hotel in Bradford. The staff are friendly, attentive and very efficient. A wonderful family atmosphere pervades. The accommodation and food are of a high standard and the prices easily beat other faceless chains for comparable facilities. Hotel did not fulfill what was promised for the Christmas break. Food not up to expectations. No Roast Potatoes. No Live Entertainment and a pathetic quiz was all on offer for the festive break.
