Different websites advertise this hotel as 4 stars others as 3. No tea and coffee in rooms, no hairdryer. However did receive an upgrade on arrival from double to twin double. Breakfast very expensive at £15.95 but there is a Starbucks opposite. Good location for shopping and the railway station. more
