We stay over in Leeds often and we would never stay anywhere else. Stayed here a number of times now and we can't fault it in any way perfect location (right next to the city centre!)great value and a lovely breakfast too! Would definitely recommend to anyone planning on staying in Leeds.

Clean, pleasant decor, quiet, friendly and helpful staff. Only downside was heating was switched off (but they swiftly provided a heater) and the breakfast was expensive, so I skipped it. Can't imagine why others have rated it so low, I would definitely stay there again.
