We stayed at this property at the beginning of our two week European vacation. My wife was attending a conference at the University of Leeds. Warning. This hotel is NOT near the main campus of the University, rather, it's near the village of Heddingly, where the University has a dormitory (the conference space)
Heddingly is a nice little town; not too many food options. Your basic fish and chips, pubs, etc. If you want to get into town, it's either a long 30 minute walk or a short bus ride. If you walk, do not afraid of the double-decker busses that pass within inches of your body. Just stay on the sidewalk, please!
The property was very clean, rooms large with high ceilings, and well appointed bathrooms. The room included a kettle with tea and instant coffee.
