We stayed here for one night en route to Edinburgh. The location is great, right in the centre of Leeds and a very easy and quick walk to the shops, restaurants etc. The room was fine, there was nothing that you could complain about, however it all felt a bit tired and in need of rejuvenation. The bedding was also... more

Fantastic hotel from start to finish... check-in was really efficient with the receptionsit giving us his name as contact and advising if there was anything he could help with to just ring down. They also gave us directions for the quickest walk into town. The room was spotless and really plush, the bathroom was also stunning with black and white... more

Stayed in Malmaison for a birthday treat on the eat drink sleep offer. Arrived at 1pm to be told that the room wouldnt be available until 3pm, the receptionist took our mobile number and said she would ring if the room was ready earlier, she rang within an hour which was great. The room was fantastic. The meal in the... more

We've stayed here several times and have had enjoyable experiences each time. The room we had (406) was spacious and overlooked the river. Nothing was too much trouble for the attentive staff. The only negative thing I could say is that there seem to be umpteen offers all over the place. more

We stayed here overnight in august. Our room was lovely, we did however change as i wanted one overlooking the river (so it was quieter) and this one overlooked the street. There were no problems about us moving. Our new room was lovely with floor to ceiling windows and a great bathroom. We ate in the reaturant that night as... more

I've stayed at a number of Malmaison hotels and whilst this one hasn't been refurbished for a while, I still think it represents great value for money. Its location is good and the furnishings are still clean and contemporary. We stayed on a City Slicker package, which included dinner, wine and the room for a great price. The meal itself... more

I stayed at this hotel for one night on a business trip. I was looking forward to the stay as I'd passed the hotel many times while in Leeds and it looks great from the outside and is central for shopping/entertainment/business. What a disappointment. Small no frills reception, dark poorly lit bar, small bedroom. Wifi only available in bar; only... more

This hotel is lovely and very much in keeping with the Malmaison brand. Our room was very nice and the staff have sprinkled rose petals on our bed and left an anniversary card in our room as we had informed them we were celebrating. The restaurant was lovely and staff very efficient, providing to your every need. We would definately... more

Stayed in here for 1 night with high expectations following good stays at other Malmaison hotels. The location is good for the shops etc but the service wasnt great, the room was pretty small and nothing special. After a walk round the shops we wanted to watch a dvd in the room before going down to dinner in the restaurant.... more

Went for my Mum's 60th Birthday. The food was wonderful (and local) and so to was the service. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped. All the staff were friendly and attentive. The Sunday supplement rate is brilliant! more
