I stayed with my partner for a 2 night break on the 12th may....its was fantastic the room was perfect & the reception team was extreamly friendly! We have some cocktails in the mal bar.....over all this hotel offers everything you could possibly need and is a 2 min walk away from the main shops and bars.

Can't fault it. Superb staff, speedy check-in, excellent, spotless room, great night's sleep. Fabulous shower. Great bar, which feels like a bar, not like some soulless room as in some hotels. Only one thing missing - vanity mirror for putting on make up! But then my eyesight is rubbish!

Great little hotel. Has all your basic needs. Lobby etc is a bit small. Rooms have high ceilings which is cool. It is slightly older than the birmingham and other locations but still one of my favourite UK chains and always worth a stay. In a good location for nice places to eat like bibis too.

As always you know you'll get a high standard with malmaison.... If you can get a deal like we did its really good value.... Go across the road for brekkie at riveresque though if you're on room only.... It's lots cheaper!
