This is a special thanks to the staff at Park House bed and breakfast for making our stay so comfortable after a disastrous flight from Ireland. Room not clean, no hot water, wires hanging out of the wall, our toilet about 18" from the breakfast room. Staff friendly-ish, breakfast OK though. Would never stay here again. Got referred here by Crescent Hotel after room we booked there was not available. more

I was attending a course in Leeds for work purposes and had to find accomodation at very short notice. Park House was friendly, clean and VERY cheap! Stayed here for 2 nights with a group of friends. Had a great night out in Leeds city centre and woke up to a well cooked breakfast. staff was friendly and always eager to help. Northampton more

Cheap, yet very cheerful Yorkshire service awaits you at Park House. Stayed with a group of friends on a clubbing weekend. A traditional establisment with clean rooms and a wicked generous English breakfast, just the job after a night of partying.
