Booked the hotel the day before for a 2-night break. Very pleased with everything - no major grumbles and £150 for exec room with breakfast was good value for city centre. Hotel was full but quiet with no queue for a good breakfast. Didn't eat in restaurant and bars were either cramped or too trendy more

The location was great as it was very central and everything was walking distance. The view from the room was also amazing. The rooms however were not upto standard at all, for example, - burnt iron mark on carpet - no lcd tv!! just the older one - not many channels as it describes - fruit bowl in executive suite... more

Bar a slightly squeaky bed, no complaints at all about the Park Plaza! In fact would happily recommend it.
