Some friends took us last night for a meal. I cannot sing its praises enough. Lovely hotel, pleasant staff, yummie food and amazing value. Had three courses for £16.95 with a £5 supplement for fillet steak. The steak was cooked to perfection just how I'd ask for it. Great big dish of veg excellent choice and fantastic homemade chips. Cannot wait to... More

We went for a meal in a large group. We congregated in the bar which was lovely , really nice decor . The restaurant was very busy and we enjoyed the atmosphere . The food was delicious and superb value for money. The service was very good considering we were a large party. I'm looking forward to going back and... More

I attended Peasehill Hall for my works christmas party, the food was beautiful, very well presented, tasty... I can't fault it! The staff were polite, helpful and friendly, there was a disco after ... A thoroughly brilliant night, I had, melon fan with mango sauté, then chicken with cheese and leek and brandy pear brandy snap with ice cream... All... More

Lovely decor on the rooms and lounges. Good value for money. However, on the downside the bed was very uncomfortable and the ensuite a bit grim and in need of updating. I would recommend this hotel but for a short stay only.

This hotel is more of a Bed and Breakfast. The breakfasts were very nice. The rooms were beautiful. The property is lovely. We chose it because it was near to friends we were visiting, so it is not central to the city, but there is bus transportation if you don't rent a car. The best find, however, was the restaurant... Two nights b&b, decided to dine in second night after quality breakfast, though toast too thin and dry. Friendly and attentive staff are the USP, decor pleasant if you like chandeliers, good value and likely to get a return visit when in the area again.

You pay for what you get in life, and for £42.50 bed and breakfast is not a bad deal on the face of it. Booked a single room as it was all they had left..............mistake. Given key to room 3 and found what could only be described as a cosy abode, so cosy there was no room for a wardrobe... More
