Stayed here on a £9.00 promo rate on a Saturday night. Hotel is located on Vicar Lane which is more than central for places in Leeds. This used to be the Sleep Inn hotel once upon a time and mercifully they have kept the room interiors the same, so it was a nice surprise to stay in a Travelodge room... more

Our room was clean and fairly comfortable but the bathroom had only one towel for two people. The hotel is an adequate standard for a night or two, but characterless and the breakfast is pretty average. The noise from the street outside is terrible, especially at the weekend, but on the plus side it is very central. more

I stayed in this hotel in the middle of July this year with family. On arrival we were informed we were not able to check in as it was not yet 3pm and were made to wait till exactly this time in the small and cramped hotel lobby till EXACTLY this time. It only got worse on entering the room... more

Stayed here for one saturday night in June with my partner and some friends. We checked into the hotel in the afternoon no problem and were given adjoining rooms on the first floor close to the bar. The rooms were quite dark and depressing, but we were only here for a night out so didnt bother us too much. Windows... more

Stayed at this hotel twice this year. In general, it's ideal If you just want a central base in Leeds and don't mind trading-in some usual frills in return for a reasonably priced room. I thought the room facilities were basic, but perfectly adequate and clean. Only downside I hadn't anticipated was no bath; but there was a great power... more

We booked as a last minute trip to Leeds and were dubious about the location as on the website it said there may be music and street noise due to its location. However we were on the third floor and for £36 a room thought it would be worth a try. The room was clean and quiet and the food... more

We stayed here in October, and upon arrival, were amazed at the size of our room, considering we paid £35 for us both, unfortunately, we noticed the cleaners had left the window open, so we closed it (with some difficulty) and switched on the tiny heater. We stuck a tesco clubcard (!) in the power card slot and left the... more

The travelodge is located in the centre of Leeds, literally yards from the main shopping area and close to a range of pubs, bars and restaurants. At £29 for a room it is very good value. The room I stopped in was a good size and was clean and comfortable. Overall I found the facilities to be of good standard... more

Stayed here for one night in January. Room was so cold we had to go to pub across the road to keep warm. 3 hours later when we returned the inadequate heater had warmed the room slightly, shivered all night . Windows were ill fitting and jammed, hence so cold and the noise was unbelievable. Don't stay here without ear... more
