I chose this hotel for its proximity to my daughter's hall of residence so I could stay nearby over the fresher's weekend. The hotel looks small from the outside and you need to watch carefully for it as you drive along Burley Road as it is somewhat squashed between other buildings. I stayed here when I took my son up to Leeds University for freshers week. What a mistake! After 4.5 hours on the motorway I was really tired. The kitchen area was handy with fridge, hob, pans and even a washing machine. There was a small shop nearby with the basics and also a bar serving food. The main problem was that our room on the front was uncomfortably hot (in the middle of Sep) and there was no aircon, only a fan which didn't improve things much.... more

I stayed her for several weeks whilst working on a contract in Yorkshire. The rooms are very well appointed and I liked the facility to cook my own meals in the well eqippped kitchen. The washing machine was also very useful and meant that I didn't have to take home bags of dirty laundry to be rushed at the weekend.... more

Clean and modern. Stayed with 15 other girls for a hen party night out and couldn't have needed anymore than was provided.
