Very pleasant apartment, close to centre of Leeds. Comfortable furniture (rather firm mattress). Efficient heating/cooling system. Good soundproofing. Secure parking. A coffee maker would have been useful. We were there three nights and the kitchen bin wasn't emptied - a pity, when self-catering is one of the attractions. Very friendly and helpful receptionist.
