Lodge farmhouse is a lovely rural bed and breakfast in Broad Chalke near Salisbury, offering spectacular views and comfortable accommodation.
We spent two days at Lodge Farmhouse this October. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Michael and Janet, and taken up to a lovely spacious room on the 2nd floor.
Comfortable bed, good shower, fabulous views over the country side made our stay most enjoyable. Tea & coffee were available in our room, along with fresh milk (not UHT) and cookies & chocolates.
Michael and Janet were very knowledgeable about the area, and shared with us lots of local history. They directed us to some excellent spots for evening meals – both serving the best meals we’ve had in the three weeks we have been travelling in the UK.
If you want a lovely spacious room with all the amenities, comfortable bed, rural relaxation, gracious accommodating hosts and good hearty breakfasts, we highly recommend that you visit Lodge Farmhouse. more
