This was our first night at a hotel in England. Everyone was very helpful and happily helped us when we had questions. The room was clean with a great shower that did not skimp on pressure. This really helped to wash away the airplane flight and massaged at the same time. The breakfast settings were also the cleanest out of the five hotels we stayed at on our vacation.
The bed was the comfiest out of the three hotels in this price range, and second comfiest only beaten by a hotel twice the cost.
Again, the people went out of their way to ensure we had a great visit. We would have liked to stay there the whole trip, but due to traveling distances it was not possible. The next time we visit the UK, we will stay here again. more
