This hotel was booked as it stated 'minutes walk' from Ascot racecourse. It is infact a £8 taxi ride away, and not within reasonable walking distance. Rooms are very basic, reception average, seemingly the despite the booking form confirmation stating the balance is paid the hotel request payment upon checking out, which makes you think you may be charged twice.... more

If your not fussy I see no reason why you'd be disappointed with this hotel. The room was a good size, perfectly acceptable for two nights. It was immaculately clean and furnished, the bed was very comfortable and the flat screen TV on the wall a bonus. Tea&Coffee making facilities in the room too. And all for £29 per night... more
