Stopped here for one night, comfortable but had a room over the bar which was loud until closing time, then at 03.15 somebody in a room near mine turned their bathroom light on, which started up a very noisy extractor fan, followed by 3 or four other people doing the same, maybe they just need too stall quieter extractor fans.... Stayed here for one night over the May bank holiday. Room (402) was lovely, overlooking the river with lots of goodies. We ate in the restaurant in the evening and although it was very, very busy the staff were fantastic and the food very good.

We booked two executive doubles in newer wing with wonderful thames views and balconies. Nice rooms with towelling robes,tea/coffee and sparkling water. Large full english breakfast,tasty and very hot. Evening meal was good but the service was a little slow but perhaps this was because it was a Sunday night.

We chose this hotel because of the proximity to a party we were going to so the location itself was great.
