I stay here regularly and I have a few things to mention. The food is good tip - order room service from the adjoining Italian. The staff are fantastic and very helpful. This hotel is in a great location on the Thames however room 112 looks over a car park not the river. The room was clean but fairly basic and there's no heating in the bathroom. Excellent value for money Victorian hotel. Stayed here a few times in a single room. Very comfortable, spacious and clean. Only downfall is that on my 2nd stay I was on the top floor and there is no lift, so wouldn't suit those with mobility needs.
