I have never stayed in such a disgusting hotel. Looks like its never been touched in 60 years. Showers dont work properly. Breakfast room and service very poor. Very difficult to get in room as keys dont work properly. Faulty Towers but worse!! More

we had a fab time at this hotel...we were upgraded to a balcony room..with nice views of the river... the Trevi restraunt is wonderful - and will leave good reviews on there as well... there are some very nice walks along the thames and only 7 miles from windsor....we will def stay here again next yr....
