I found the staff to be amongst the friendliest and most helpful of any of the hotels I have stayed at in the UK. Room was lovely and very clean. Only complaint is that the carpark charge is a little high.

As part of a twinning weekend with a Belgian Rotary Club we visited Windsor Castle then 39 people had lunch in a private room in the hotel. The surroundings were delightful, the service and food excellent. Everything went smoothly to the admiration of all our Belgian visitors and our club members. I cannot recommend the hotel too highly.
