First time staying with 2 kids, rooms were great, treasure hunt for Lego was a hit. Get a Kingdom room, these are on the same floor as the entrance to the park, restaurant and entertainment. Kingdom room had a fridge, plus to keep picnic items in. We got a refillable mug, there is dispensers in the hotel and you can reactivate it the next day, in the Lego shop in the hotel. The lifts straight ahead get really busy, the lifts to your right will only go to the park and the kingdom rooms, we never saw any queues for these lifts. Staff were friendly and helpful. We checked in on the tablets, easy to do, would recommend doing. We ordered food on Deliveroo, I met the delivery driver at reception, staff didn’t say anything and I saw other people get delivery’s to. We didn’t stay for all of the entertainment but what we saw was good. Breakfast wasn't the best, full English came out warm-ish. Didn’t taste the best. Tea, coffee and orange juice tasted awful. The continental breakfast was good, pastries were the best part of the whole breakfast. If you want yogurts you have to ask for them, but the staff were happy to bring them to your table. Make sure you make a reservation, if they can seat you they will, but saw some people got told to come back in an hour. Overall we had a good stay, kids enjoyed themselves, handy to be able to walk back to the hotel after a long day.

The hotel was incredible! We really enjoyed our experience. The entertainment and chance to meet characters was great, although it would have been great if it started and ended a little earlier as 9pm is very late for young ones. The playroom was also amazing although for the price you have to pay extra on top of the hotel stay it would be good if it was open to use the morning of your departure too. Our room was lovely, comfy and very clean and tidy. Very impressed! All the staff we encountered were friendly. Only downsides are the lifts are A bit of a nightmare at busy times. We also emailed ahead to inform of a birthday whilst visiting and didn’t receive anything extra even a badge in the room which I ended up going and asking for. The staff were happy to oblige but would have been nice to enter the room to. The breakfast was nice with a wide range of options available. We really enjoyed it.

Well we bloody loved it! What a great stay. We stayed in one of the pirate rooms and our boy loved it. We got the birthday VIP package and it was fantastic! The amount of goodies given far exceeded what we expected and the boy was over the moon. He loved the decor and so did we. Room was spotless! Self service check in is fine by us because there was a help desk to visit and any time we needed something the staff were very helpful. The kids entertainment in the bar area was fantastic! The staff who were doing all the games and stuff were brilliant so please share that with them! Been to many places that attempts kids stuff and this was one of the best we’ve had. We ate at the bar and the food was good, we ate at the castle restaurant and that was good and the brick restaurant for breakfast and again it was great. We absolutely loved the breakfast. As far as the hotel goes it was great! Swimming pool could do with a bit of an update but we got wet and that’s all that matters! Thanks Legoland!

As a fan of Lego throughout my life, it comes as no surprise that my children are now massive fans too. It was our first time staying at the hotel, and was pleasantly surprised. The rooms were clean, interactive and so great for kids! The food was good, the servers were all so lovely and genuinely looked like they wanted to be there. Check in/out was simple and easy. The only things I’d say, is when checking out… get your stuff out the room first thing otherwise you’ll be fighting for room in the lift. Which I why I opted for the stairs. The kids are already asking when we can come back, thank you legoland! Great service!

We stayed in a pirate room and the room itself was excellent but unfortunately completely ruined by the fact it was an adjoining room. Which would be fine but we ended up next to the most disgraceful family! A party kicked off in their room around 9pm - shouting, screaming etc. Then our room was flooded with the stench of cannabis which was clearly coming from the adjoining room! No contact for reception so went down in my pjs. Told we are not the first to complain and that security were coming. Security arrived (around 10.30pm). The family were removed from the room and we gave a sigh of relief (way too many people in the room for the capacity). Little did we know that within 30 minutes they were back. Again shouting, screaming, laughing they had not been removed. So off I go to reception in my pjs (11.10pm ish) and again complain. I’m advised that we could be moved - my response was why should we move when we are behaving and actually people are smoking cannabis and they should be the ones to go! Let alone my 2 kids who are trying to sleep. Asked to go back to my room and let them settle! The screaming continues as does the drug taking so I phone down to reception at 11.45pm - no answer. We decide that no one is willing to help us so we just needed to ride it out and sort it with the manager in the morning - as advised! The noise went on until 1am! So off I trundle to the manager in the morning to be told I can have £20 vouchers for each of my kids to spend on Lego but nothing else can be done and customer services shall be in touch within a week. Staff were polite and I did feel for them but in all honesty those people should have been removed from the hotel immediately- I was told they weren’t as on searching the room no drugs were found! I think the smell of cannabis from their room and in the corridor was a subtle give away! I work really hard to pay for a trip like this for my family and feel very let down by legoland for not making this right! I also feel for all the other families who will have had their night ruined by this situation. The saddest part was a small child was in the room with the party going on, so ultimately those people taking drugs didn’t care enough about their own kids let alone anyone else’s. Despite that, there are many positives about legoland: We travelled with a 4 and 6 year old and they had a fantastic time. Rides all appropriate for their age and height meaning they could go on nearly everything. We found the queues short - one day was pouring with rain so that probably helped. It’s a bit disappointing that there are added extra costs for things life driving licences as this does add to an already expensive trip. But our kids used their pocket money for this and were so chuffed with their licence. Legoland hotel is fun, evening entertainment meant we could have a drink together for half an hour in peace. Breakfast a bit chaos but staff working hard and food good quality. We got Uber eats delivery so can’t comment on dinner. Pool is tired and small but again the kids loved it! The hotel is right on the park so no long walks to reach anything which is fab with little people. Massive credit to all ride staff - so friendly and kind to my children. Peter on the pharaoh ride went out of his way to reassure my son the ride was not scary. He is an asset to legoland! Overall, the kids loved it. We were a little glazed due to no sleep which did ruin it a bit for us as adults. Would I come again - hell yes! Would I accept an adjoining room - NO I absolutely would not! I hope to hear from customer services soon!

Considering the amount of money spent to bring our son here for his birthday I'm more than disappointed. The hotel room, we had a premium pirate room, was a decent size, with some nice touches, and the birthday bundle which we paid extra for was nice. Other than that, the room itself was not clean, the bathroom was dirty and the noise was insane, till way gone 11pm at night. The hotel breakfast was a shambles, queues for 35 minutes even with a reservation, we didn't even bother, the staff in the restaurant were clearly overwhelmed by the amount of customers, but were rude and dismissive. The staff on check in were helpful as were the staff in the play room, that was actually clean and well staffed. The park itself, there were many rides closed down, considering this is half term and people have a paid a fortune to visit, I don't think this is acceptable. I will be contacting the hotel itself to discuss some of the issues we had. I wouldn't waste your money.

i've visisted the legoland hotel many times in its years, i even take some time during park days to come visit! the hotel is clean, the rooms are clean. though me and my group are a bit older than the usual guest (late teens) we still found a lot of whimsy here. staff still welcomed us and we enjoyed talking to them. it's fun to just explore all the floors and see the figures, the different custom-patterned carpets, the lego posters in the stair corridoors. maybe i'm just easily amused. we also visited during the tail-end of the halloween season, so enjoyed the leftover spooky offerings like shows and word-hunts. the trip was over our joint birthday and we felt very special recieving a card and badge from the hotel. i'd hate to say anything negative, because i love it so much. but, for the sake of transparency: it ain't what it used to be. the pool is starting to show its age, as a couple of the theming elements have been removed and the murals on the wall are fading. the brick's restaurant is still recovering from covid. it's a buffet restaurant, or at least it used to be. the buffet section has been covered with temporary walls, and the amenities have all been moved around so the floorplan is a bit crowded and cramped. the food is okay, it always has been. nothing special but not awful. the buffet experience fixed this as at least there was a bit of fun in picking it up yourself. there used to be an playstation room in the first floor lobby, but it has since been gutted. i'm glad that legoland is slowly doing away with the videogame rooms (the park used to be full of them!) but something else in that space would be nice. just a place to sit, or a few games like jenga and checkers. for the price, it's really not living up to the "resort" standard. if you enjoy lego, you'll love it here. the new playroom has injected a bit of life into the hotel, which was much needed. i look forward to seeing more improvements and i hope it keeps up the cleanliness and quality in the future. visit in the off-season if you're worried about crowd levels and noise, you'll still find stuff to do. also. stay in a premium room. it certainly costs more but your kid or family member will enjoy the admission to the playroom. they host workshops and there's a bar inside for parents.

We absolutely loved the legoland hotel. Incredible theming in the general hotel and the rooms, would love to visit again. Legoland itself we really enjoy, it’s a great day out for families. So much for toddlers to do as well as older children.

We were there just before they closed for the season. I would not recommend going then. Many of the food places were closed. Many things on the menu were not available. Pepper shakers, ketchup bottles were empty. Prices were still ridiculously high. We went to a restaurant in the LegoLand hotel, just before 2:30, a server seated us and told us we needed to place our order at the bar, so we got the order organized, we went to order and they said , “Too late!”. The server was right there and never said a word.

We had a lovely stay at Legoland, the room was so cool, we loved the Lego treasure hunt and the Lego TV channel. The whole hotel was so exciting for my son and the play room was so cool too. We didn't love the swimming pool, and left early as it was small and really full of people. Although we enjoyed the breakfast (lots of food and choice) the dinner in the hotel restaurant wasn't great so I'd recommend bringing your own food/ ordering in which I know other people did recommend on TripAdvisor when we looked at coming to Legoland hotel!
