Take your earplugs for this hotel...Vacuum cleaning at 5am!! and they didn't seem to care. They apparently bought new vacuums, but they whine terribly. Food - just pub grub with only miserable, decorative greens. SO MIND YOUR COLON!. Try ASK over the road..much better. Other than this the rooms are very good actually. Clean, good showers with sumptuous bedding. The staff... More

We booked this hotel via Late Rooms as we were going to the theatre in Malvern. We were not far away from home but did not fancy driving back and did not want to pay the earth. Our expectations were not high because we didn't pay the earth for the room and we know that Weatherspoons is known for basic... More

Great location, with some fabulous views from the back rooms , although it's a shame (for the hotel, if not for the town) that the car park I remember from years ago now has a supermarket in it! Staff friendly and apologetic but quite chaotic and disorganised at reception etc. Breakfast cheap and tasty and beds comfortable (although the third... More

The room itself (superior double) has been tastefully refurbished with some exotic touches such as the oplulent golden framed mirror and the usefull full-length mirror (again a golden frame!) The decor was in deep hues and the dark patterned carpet similar and in good new condition; the room was spacious with comfy bed and tea/coffee facilities ... all good ...... More

Stayed 1 night, perfect location in the centre of Great Malvern. Lovely rooms, reasonable price and weatherspoons breakfast the following day. Definately recommend this, we had two rooms and it was just over £80 bargain!

Fantastic hotel in my opinion. Pub food was hot and tasty and good value for money. Had a room for 3 adults and the room was enormous. Staff very helpful and service was very quick. I would stay there again no problem.

Stayed overnight on a leisure weekend with friends. This was the second choice after The Abbey was found to be fully booked (Mother's Day weekend.) Booked 2 'superior' double rooms at the rear of the hotel (Wetherspoons pub/guest house) on the second floor. Although the views were great we thought the price was a bit steep (£74) for room only... Stayed 2 nights mid week. The nearest parking is a 10 minute uphill walk back to the hotel so it would pay to plan ahead on dropping off the bags - when we arrived there was a workman's van blocking the little bit of offstreet in front of the hotel. We had booked a luxury double and while it did... More

We stayed here for one night myself , my husband and 3year old son. We had a triple room which was a great size , it was actually a double with a huge bed and a small single room attached. A large bathroom with shower over the bath. Great value for money. We also had breakfast again great value. All... More
