Pleasantly surprised. Everything I needed for a comfortable night. Excellent breakfast. Quirky old room with spartan decor and fitments but clean and comfortable. It's not the ritz but it doesn't pretend to be.

Good clean room with a decent shower. Breakfast was a solid full English job - just what's needed when you intend walking round Worcester in the rain. Very handy with the car park next door and discounted if you stay at the hotel. A good deal all round.

The Talbot's location is great, near the cathedral, the river and the city centre. We were concerned about the bells but the cathedral chimes were deep and low and did not disturb our sleep. Stayed one night. Room as I expected. Good facilities. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was super. Wide coice of pastries, cereals and fruit or cooked, including kippers, salmon, eggs benedict or full English. Highly recomended and would deffinately stay again.

Booked a double bedroom under a amazing price, got seen to our room and it was clean, comfortable and warm. Had breakfast the next morning, lovely cooked sausages, bacon, mushrooms etc. Could not fault this. Staff were good. Would return any day! Fab customer services!
