I booked this hotel at short notice and on the strength of pictures on the website. Having read the reviews since I feel that maybe we got away lightly!! First impressions were ok. Room was like a sauna! Smoke stained broke cheap furniture, carpet full of stains, toilet never seen bleach, This hotel should be classed as a 1 star. Best part of stay was Breakfast. Can't believe they charge what they do £95? more

I baffled the staff by asking them, "Are you in any way affiliated with the luxury international chain?" The response? "Umm, we're just the Four Seasons."
