Lovely view, well-stocked welcome tray and pristine towels and bedding sadly did not make up for loose toilet-seat,nail sticking out of wall and well established cob-webs. Bit concerned about staying here after other reviews and almost cancelled BUT it's actually lovely! Bright warm seaview room, friendly welcoming staff, breakfast was fine, central location. The hotel feels freshly painted and boutique style, very clean. Would stay here again and would recommend to family and friends

I recently booked some relatives into this place for a family reunion. OMG what a mistake. The service - well what service? And they left early, very early, in the morning when their toilet started overflowing. Good veiws from the front, though. The owner was recently done for misleading advertising.

After booking the deluxe room at the beginning of October, we arrived to be told it was double booked and would have to stay at the Queensbridge. It seems this is quite a habit of The Belgrave, Queensbridge and the Four Seasons........passing customers around however and whenever they feel like it!!!!!!!!
