I have just returned from a week break in the one bedroom cottage and I am already planning to come back very soon with friends. This is a beautiful, quirky and comfortable cottage with everything you need including being greeted with a bottle of wine and chocolate fudge! The location is amazing and what they have achieved there is something... More

We have just come back from a week at the two bedroom cottage at Ffin-y-Parc and only have good things to say. The cottage was very stylish and, at the same time, very comfortable and welcoming. The rooms are great - a large kitchen and living room, which gave our family of four plenty of room, and two spacious bedrooms.... More

We stayed here for 3 nights in late April 2012 in the 1 bed cottage and from the moment we arrived, we received a warm and genuine welcome. The location is stunning, the cottage itself is beautifully furnished to a very high standard and the added extra touches of freshly baked chocolate fudge brownies and a bottle of wine upon... More

We stayed here for 2 nights over the bank holiday. Roland and Ralph are very hospitable and provide everything to make your stay. We booked the 1 bedroom cottage. All mod cons. Quirky and unique converted property, making full use of the space available but stacked full of contemporary features. Wine, homemade muffins and coffee on arrival were a lovely... More

We stayed in the larger of the two cottages and it was absolutely gorgeous. Ralph and Roland have thought of every need and the cottage is beautifully furbished. On arrival, Roland met us personally and took us around the cottage and let us know that if we had any questions, they were only next door. Not only that but we... More

Ffin y Parc is a country house hotel/art gallery in the making......a work in progress of huge potential in the stunning Conwy valley, midway between Betws y Coed and Llanrwst. For the moment it has two self catering cottages to let, newly converted from the coach house and dairy. We had the dairy.....and it was beautiful. Downstairs is a modern... More

This place is to die for........luxury at it's best - unpretentious and soul renewing. We rented a beautiful and spacious self catering cottage for 4 (which slept 6 of us extremely comfortably). The cottage forms part of what must be the old stables block of a large country house (soon to open as a hotel/art gallery). The cottage was just... More

We've just returned from a de-stressing and thoroughly enjoyable week at Ffin-y-Parc. The owners Ralph and Roland have capitalised on the peacefulness of the location by creating a calm and relaxing environment, finished off with a unique sense of style and attention to detail. We stayed in the 2-bedroom cottage and found it to be very well equipped, clean and... More

Ffin y Parc cottages are part of a new "art-hotel" project. We heard of it through a friend and headed for a few days walking and a few nights relaxing. Although 2 cottages are finished, the main building still has lots of work to be done. The owners couldn't have been more helpful, and showed us round the main building with... More
