Room has not been checked after previous guests. Few things were broken(main door lock, toilet door). You had to be 2 meters tall to use mirron in the toilet. The hotel is ideally situated near all the amenities in Llandudno, and the staff there were very friendly, and helpful. We were shown to our room, which was on the top floor, and first impressions were that it was a little on the cold side, but there was a small wall heater, so switched it on to heat the room... more

The room was an awful standard, it had large pieces of chipped paint and when we asked the Manager for shampoo we were told that the hotel does not provide shampoo or soap etc,. T Bedding was clean but there was no central heating in the room. The toilet brush was caked in extrement and the decor was very shabby.... more

Looks great from the outside, nice location, great for walking around the lovely seaside town. Rooms were small and a little uncomfortable, also a little dirty. For the price, and if you're not planning on staying in your room a lot, then it's okay. more

A stinking 'hotel'. Avoid at all costs. A bad B&B hiding under the name hotel. Noisy, dirty, and a half way house for the homeless (seriously.) Part of hotel deals with DSS unfortunates. If you want a decent night's sleep in a clean hotel avoid thsi place. more

Unfortunately, the hotel was so dirty and ugly. The carpet hasn´t been hoovered for months. The window was dirty and the shower was so musty. The most awful thing was that we wanted to have new clean towels for the next day and therefore put them into the basin. Unfortunately, we didn´t get any new ones but the used ones... more

I stayed at this hotel from just booking it on the internet, and I was most impressed by it. It was incredibly great value for money.
