Room: excellent, bed a little firmer than used to. No noise even though our room faced the high street. En-suite fine. Excellent weekend stay. In centre of town, walking distance to the castle and all attractions within the town walls. Excellent room, good restuarants with attentive staff. Good parking to rear which is locked after midnight - but narrow access. Throughly recommend as excellent quality traditional British hotel. more
