I really enjoyed my stay here. I had a small but nicely decorated room, very comfortable bed, the whole hotel was a pleasure to look at, and the staff were all friendly and helpful. The only thing I didn't like was the noise of people tramping past my room in the wee hours. more

Cute hotel in the heart of Conwy. Rooms are clean and free wi-fi worked perfectly. One note of caution - this is a hotel is unlike a typical "American" hotel. It is clean and maintained, but older. My wife and I stayed two nights in early May and again in early June. On both occasions the rooms were clean,the beds very comfortable and the service good.The food was quite excellent and the staff most hospitable. more
