We had such a warm and friendly welcome from Alison, she was such a great host, and her knowledge of the local amenities - especially the best places to eat was fantastic! The setting of the B and B is so picturesque with great views of the castle and across to the sea. Our room was immaculate, very tastefully decorated... More

Our family stayed here two nights and rented two rooms - one triple for the kids, and a double for my wife and I. We were warmly greeted by Alison's daughter upon arrival, and later by Alison herself. Alison is very pleasant to chat with, makes excellent breakfasts to order, and treats her guests like, well, guests in her house!... More

Alison is a very gracious hostess and the facility is great. There is amble parking. It is located right at the gate to the old town. Our room was good sized (larger than most UK B&Bs) with a comfortable bed. The house is rather grand with wide main hallways on both floors and the breakfast room is large and sunny.... More

Everything about this B&B is lovely: breakfast (beginning with Welsh cakes, followed by other delicious choices); location beside the town walls; garden; nicely decorated, comfortable rooms. Alison is a charming and helpful hostess. In addition to good advice, she has maps, bird identification books, etc., that you can borrow. There are many small touches that add up to a wonderful... This is a great place, great location right on the town wall. The gardens are beautiful. We had a first floor room that was a joy after many nights of narrow stairs to the attic. Clean. Comfortable bed. Quiet. The innkeeper provided all you could desire. High quality bathroom stuff. Totally amazing breakfast. This was my and our favorite stay. More

What a lovely guest house, comfortable, relaxed and every need considered. It's position is great for exploring the town as it's right beside the wall. Alison has thought of everything, there's a coffee machine with ground coffee as well as tea etc. There's hand cream and other toiletries as well as the usual soap. The bed was super comfy. At... This was our favorite stay during our 16 day tour of England, Wales, and Scotland. The B&B itself is beautifully decorated and immaculately kept. The garden, with the ancient city wall serving as its back border, was spectacular. Bryn Guest House is located just outside one of the main gates to the town so it is a quick walk to... More

Wonderful Stay! Warm hospitality! Comfortable and cozy rooms! Great location to explore North Wales. Great breakfast and advice from Alison. She gave us some good pointers on climbing to the summit of Snowden which was amazing! Only a 1/2 drive from the B&B. Beautiful yard and garden! More

Great location just outside the wall, in fact our bedroom on the 2nd floor looked directly at the wall and the Castle, so very convenient to walk to town for meals. In fact we almost never touched our car in 3 days. Alison was a great host and made the best Welsh cakes which she made fresh each morning so... More

Location adjacent to the town wall was stunning; our room huge, comfortable and luxurious; the breakfast the most varied, healthy and delicious of all we experienced (especially the bonus homemade welsh cakes); and our hostess a delightful and informative feature of every morning. More
