Recently spent 2 nights at The High Cabin. Beautifully fitted out, fantastic view, but is NOT isolated. 3 rather grotty cabins are to the left, and you turn in a communal entrance flanked by 4 bins. This is just a great escape place. Half the excitement is finding the place up the windy roads and finding your own little retreat. We have stayed at the high cabin twice now, and it is just amazing! The views definatley make the log cabin special, as well as the hot tub! I would point out the the high cabin in not quite as private as advertised as you do have neighbours very near by and one of these over looks the hot tub... more
