A group of family and friends gathered to celebrate a 60th birthday, several guests staying overnight. From arrival right the way through everything was top quality. Our room (room 4) was spacious light and airy, immaculately clean with stunning views and a really comfortable bed. Nothing was too much trouble for our hosts Mark and Julie. The room used for... Wow! Well where do I start. My husband and I stayed at the Ty'n y Wern after I was lucky enough to win a competition on facebook. On pulling up into the drive I was excited the b&b looked lovely and inside was no dissapointment. we were greated by owner mark who showed us to our lovely room, its was... More

Enjoyed one night at this hotel - room and bathroom were spacious, well-decorated and very clean. We ate in the restaurant and the food was plentiful and tasty - service was friendly. A good night's sleep was followed by a Welsh breakfast; a good stay in a pleasant hotel - recommended.

My fiancé and I stayed overnight 13th April to attend a party at a local club. We were taken to our room on arrival and we were delighted with the room which immediately struck us as light and airy and beautifully finished. The bathroom was scrupulously clean and modern and had full disabled facilities as I have mobility issues. We... More

Spent the weekend away on the motor bike and had booked this place by phone. Read the reports and cannot argue with them. Made to feel very welcome. Only for one night but had a very nice and clean room with a bath to soak after the ride, lovely sandwich and chips, good nights rest and equally nice breakfast. Left... More

Thank you for your lovely review - the snow certainly has hindered things, but sounds like your bike got you through the picturesque scenery. More

We where put in here during the freak snow in march, where supposed to be in the Uclan bunkhouse but they had to close, and booked us in here. Arriving in 8" of snow the manager came out to help shovel us a parking space, before sitting around with a cup of tea. The power was out, but going to... More

Stayed for 3 days at the end of March, and could not fault the whole experience, the restaurant food and breakfasts served were wonderful, all meals prepared by Julia were delicious and well presented. The room was spotless, well presented and the bed was extremely comfortable. Mark the owner could not do enough for you, he was a fabulous host... More

Called in by chance on the way to Barmouth. Landlord made us very welcome and gave us a nice table in the newly refurbed bar/restaurant (they didn't have a high chair yet for our 18m old but I'm sure they will soon) We all had homemade soup / doorstep sandwiches and fresh chips ... All very tasty and fairly priced.... More

The highpoint of our stay had to be the food, although the very genuine welcoming attitude of the hosts must have run a close race. Most important after a long day on the road is a comfy bed, and this was certainly delivered. Overall, the facilities were of a very high standard, and we were glad that we had plumped... More
