Stayed here over Easter. Lounge area is nice with nice fire and decor. Nice food but the place seems rather disorganised. They had one waitress serving the whole hotel at breakfast who seemed surprised that everyone had come down at the same time even though breakfast was only served between 8am and 9am. we are here for easter 2013, the weather is cold outside and the heating system is dodgy and we complained, we have an electric fire now in our room to warm it up so be wary of coming here in the winter. otherwise its seems ok, i will put another review on soon.

Stayed there last night 24/03/13 with my wife for our 1st wedding anniversary. Initial impressions were excellent. Lovely roaring log fire combined with very friendly and helpful staff made for a good start. Decor downstairs is excellent. You can see that a sizable amount of money has been spent refurbishing it. This is an extremely unpleasant review and in no way should be taken seriously, the writer should also learn their English. This is a great hotel!!! As I have previously mentioned (in my first review) warm, welcoming, extremely cosy, friendly and good value for money!!
