The hotel was OK for a 3 star but for our 5 night stay no hot water to be had due to one of the hot water boilers not working so any hot water was coming from the boiler that was providing the whole hotel with heating and water and as the hotel was full with a large coach party... more

This is a great hotel as a basis for exploring Snowdonia with many walks starting from the pretty village. We stayed for four nights over easter. Stayed at this hotel during May 2006 and found the experience very good indeed. Very comfortable, excellent food and the service was of a very high standard.
