Henllys has it all. The place is 2 minutes from town so you get all the amenities but because it is down a side street, you also get loads of peace and quiet. The River Conwy runs through the beautiful back garden. A lovely setting for afternoon tea. Our room was spotless and comfortable, overlooking the river and the fields... more

We stayed at the Courthouse for two nights. A very smiley Gill met us on our arrival and within minutes had given us a local map and lots of information regarding walks, places of interest and restaurants. She was spot on with her restaurants! We were given a little tour of the hotel with its orginal Police Station door, cell... more

The Courthouse B&B is great. The building and rooms are well kept, well appointed, and clean. The breakfasts are very good (full English – or other choices, too). There is a well appointed common room with books, refrigerator, and sink for chatting and meeting other guests. The setting is great, along a river with a small garden for sitting and... more

This was a very nice little guesthouse. The owners really made us feel welcome and the room (Judges Chamber) was spacious with a very big bed. The only point of critisism is that the bathroom was carpeted, but thankfully there was a mat around the loo and there was a separate one for the bath. I was particularly fond of... more

We stayed here in April and had a great time. Mark and Gillian made us feel very welcome (even had Vegemite for us at breakfast). The Courthouse is located very close to the town and it is easy walking distance to many good restaurants. Our hosts were particularly good in helping us arrange further accomodation - we hadn't realised we... more

We spent two nights at the Courthouse and it was wonderful! Mark and Gillian were great hosts. Upon arrival, Gillian gave us a tour of the B & B (which was an actual courthouse at one time) and reviewed the local map to show us interesting places to visit. She also recommended restaurants that were absolutely terrific. The B &... more

This is the place for you to truly enjoy Wales! An excellent location in a lovely little town. OUTSTANDING restaurants nearby that Mark can tell you all about. You can't go wrong! The rooms are wonderfully comfortable, including the living room where our group of five gathered each evening to relax. Look forward to a fabulous breakfast, cooked to order.... more

Cute Hotel in a cute village. We had 2 rooms during our stay. The first room overlooking the river was great. Our smaller room facing the street wasn't as good because we keep the windows open. All had great in-suite bathrooms. Breakfast was good and hosts were very friendly/helpful. Village had a few good restaurants, we liked the 3 Gables.... more
