The house is located within a 15 minute walk of the town, the room we stayed in was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The house itself was nicely laid out with lots of nice decorations. The breakfast was excellent, with lots of choice and flexible dining hours. The view's from the front of the house are amazing! Best of all... More

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Llety Betws. The place was bright, warm, clean and comfortable. Samantha, the owner and operator , was extremely welcoming and sincere. She provided excellent service and advise from hiking in the area, shops to visit, places to see and restaurants for dinner. We really appreciated her advice regarding dinner reservations at Ty Gynn Inn... More

I was very dubious when my fiance said that we'll be staying in his favourite guest house in Wales as I knew he usually goes with 2 friends and it just a bed for a night or 2. However, when we arrived I was pleasantly surprised. Its a beautiful house in a beautiful setting. We stayed in room n.o 3... More

Having done our research, we thought we were prepared for our long Bank Holiday Weekend at Llety Betws, but we were wrong. We were expecting a smallish, well maintained, Guest House, in a convenient location for access to the town of Betws Y Coed and the surroundings. What we got was a beautifully presented, spotlessly clean, very tastefully and comfortably... More

Samantha was a very welcoming and helpful host. The rooms are very comfortable and very clean. The little things like the torch to guide you across the footpath from the village centre to the B&B make the difference. Our room had a wonderful view down the valley. If, like us, you enjoy a good breakfast, you will not be disappointed... More

Stayed for 3 nights in August and would definitely stay again. Good choice of breakfasts; those we had were delicious. Bedroom we had was compact but there are larger ones so do ask. We used the short cut thro to the town past the farm and over the bouncy bridge which was fine and took about 5 mins. Wouldn't recommend... More

We stayed at Llety Betws towards the end of July and had an outstanding experience. The rooms and decor of the house was up to date and very nicely done. While slightly on the small side, the rooms themselves are very comfortable with great beds. Breakfast was one of the very best we've had at any B&B anywhere. Samantha is... More

Been meaning to write this for ages. I defy anyone to find a complaint with Llety Betws, the owner is great and could not do more for you. Breakfast is high quality and caters for everyone. Our Little girl was very poorly and the help they gave was above the call of duty. The walk into town across the bridge... More
