Excellent, friendly, well run guest house in Snowdonia. Rooms well presented and clean. The landlady and landlord were very friendly and were willing to offer advice requested. Lovely view of the woodpeckers and siskins on the bird table outside the window at breakfast. more

My family (wife, son (7 years old at the time), daughter (9), and myself) stayed her for 2 nights in late June 2006. We live in Southern California. We drove here from the Cotswold area of England. The place is charming and is located in Betws-y-Coed, Wales. Their website is http://www.rosehill-snowdonia.co.uk/ The proprietors, Margaret and Fred, were very respectful, friendly,... more

We have stayed at this delightful bed and breakfast on two occasions. It is a gem and you are guaranteed a very warm welcome from the owners, Fred and Margaret. It is in a lovely location, a short walk from the centre of the charming village. The rooms are very comfortable and breakfast is delicious. Fred and Margaret also offer... more

Fred and Margaret Cooke were very welcoming offering us tea as soon as we arrived and helping with our luggage. Parking was no problem. The room was... more

Myself and a mate came to this area to climb Snowdon and wanted just one night B&B, we booked Rosehill simply because I happened to find it first on the internet! It was a fantastic choice. We arrived a little worse for wear after travelling 250 miles from the south and climbing Snowdon, and we were greeted warmly and were... more

If you are coming by train to Betws-y-coed, I very much reccomend Rosehill B&B. Their website shows how to walk from the train station, over a wonderful footbridge, over a lovely river, thru a farm (with sheep ofcourse) to the road that has several B&B's....all with a view of the valley. You can get better directions at the tourist information... more

We stayed in Rosehill bed and breakfast in the fabulous Welsh village of Betws-y-coed at the start of June 2005. Simply put: We loved it and recommend it, and you can probably stop reading here. The house has a lovely view of the Welsh mountains, off-street parking, large, well-decorated rooms, ample breakfast, lovely (and clean!) bathrooms, comfortable guests' livingroom, situated... more
