We booked a weekend at the Glan Llugwy for 2 nights, Friday 5th and Saturday 6th of April 2013, just to escape our normal routine. Upon arrival, the hosts, Jean and Graham greeted us in the car park, which we thought was a nice touch. Following a brief tour of the lounge and dining room we were shown to our... More

Just returned home after a friendly and relaxed comfortable stay at the Glan Llugwy guest house. Its in a great position just a pleasant short stroll away(2 MIN) from Betwys Y coed.We were welcomed by Jean and Graham, the latter providing us with a stunning 'mammoth' breakfast the following morning which immediately cured my 'sore head' lol.We stayed in the twin room... Can,t express enough how much we enjoyed our stay. Jean and Graham certainly go the extra mile. They both met us on arrival and helped us in. We had the en-suite front bedroom which overlooked the river. The breakfasts are huge and excellent. We have already booked to return next year. We wouldn,t consider staying anywhere else. Top class service.

We arrived at Glan Llugwy to be welcomed by Jean and Graham. Graham helped carry our bags to the top of the house where we had a lovely cosy bedroom. The breakfast was huge with good quality ingredients, just what we needed to face our day of water activities. The packed lunch for just £5 was great value for money... More

We stayed here for the first time in June this year and enjoyed it so much we returned in August. Jean and Graham are great hosts and lovely friendly people, nothing is too much trouble for them and they really do make you feel very welcome. We would definitely recommend this B&B to family and friends for a short break... More

If you like your full British breakfast this is the place to stay. The breakfast was big and top quality. If this is ranked 19, the standards must be high in this area, as this B+B was comfortable, friendly and reasonably priced. The hosts were helpful with advice about taxis and places to eat. They were friendly and very good... More

Ideally located overlooking River Llugwy with own off-street parking. The Twin room is very clean, with comfortable beds. Ensuite shower room is fitted with a tasteful suite which is spotless. Beakfast is perfectly cooked to requirement with generous portions. Jean & Graham are a friendly & helpful couple with plenty of local knowledge. Will definetely visit again.

We stayed here on a bank holiday weekend to do some walking in Snowdonia. The owners Jean and Graham are both very friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious and the double was made of two singles pushed together, but despite the line in the middle of the bed, it was comfy and we both slept very well. There was... More

The comfort of our guests is of paramount importance to us. If we had been made aware of any special requirements or nuisances before or during your stay, we would have ensured, if at all possible, that these would have been dealt with. We would have fully explained that the price of living in such a beautiful area comes at... More
