When I see so many brilliant reviews, I get suspicious, but in this case, they are right. The weather was awful, Snowdon out of the question, so went to Caenarvon and Conway, both well worth a visit. Everything else about the stay was excellent

A fantastic B & B with nothing too much trouble, beautiful rooms, fabulous breakfast, spotlessly clean and great information from Carol & Martin on walking up Mt Snowdon. Would thoroughly recommend the Marteg.

The location was excellent, room was faultless and Martin and Carol's hospitality was second-to-none. We were lucky to find such a gem at short notice on the weekend of the Snowdon run (well done to all those who took part btw).

Marteg is a fantastic B&B- Clean and cozy. The breakfast was amazing and Martin and Carol are fanatastic hosts who couldnt do enough for us. We would highly recommend the Marteg to anyone wanting to experience the beauty and hospitality of North Wales. We look forward to coming back.

The room was clean and fresh. The breakfast was gorgeous. And the owners were very friendly and accommodating. When I do Snowdon next year, I and many others will rebook there...so book up early.

Excellent all round - warm welcome from Martin and Carol and plenty of hearty food. Just returned from 3 days hiking and mountain biking and couldn't recommend the Marteg more. Very comfortable and spotlessly clean.
