During our hike along Offa's Dyke we booked one night in this great B and B with original oak beams etc. I liked the "homely" ambience but others may find it a bit too full of pillows and photos etc.
You are welcomed with tea/coffee and delicious homemade
Scones/cakes/jam etc.The bathroom is fully supplied with bubble bath and Radox to to help soak away the aches and pains of your hike.
The bedrooms are very clean and the breakfast is the best I have ever had when staying in a B and B.
The enthusiatic owners Elinor and John make you very welcome and are full of useful advice about the Path to come. The packed lunch they provided was also excellent. An evening meal can be obtained in the local pubs( one is walkable and you need a short car journey to reach the other).
Hand House is on the actual Offa's Dyke route so there is no need to walk extra distance to find a B and B!!
