This guesthouse is 4 miles outside Brecon and Llangorse Lake is a stone's throw away. There are only a small numbers of rooma available, but all are comfortable and there's a communal lounge downstairs. There's also a kitchen area for making hot drinks and even a fridge for your wine. We stayed on a warm weekend and drank ours outside while lloking at the stars.

The location is excellent, with really good walks nearby. Richard price, the owner, can also direct you to the best places to eat at and he booked us a table at a really good nearby pub. Richard also cooks hearty breakfasts and always offers more (not that you'll need it). he can also tell you the best local walks and is knowledgeable about the area and its history. We really enjoyed our stay.
