Stayed here whilst visiting relatives. Rooms was clean and inviting with a decent shower room. Breakfast very good, the boys really enjoyed the cooked options. Sunday breakfast was very busy but the staff were brilliant. A decent place to stay. more

Yes, it's a Premier Inn. Yes, it's in Bridgend. Yes, I was expecting it to be hideous because I'm a snob... ... and I was really very wrong. It's a newish Premier Inn, for starters, not one of the old nasty one: the rooms are bright, climate controlled and spacious. The staff were really helpful, especially at breakfast. I will... more

This was my first stay at a Premier Inn and I have to say, the impression I got was that the offering has been really well thought about. Everything is focused around their two main markets (short stay business and weekend leisure) and as such, staying here is a breeze. On to the hotel specifically. I was greeted by a... more

I stay here regularly for business and can't recommend it highly enough. Its a standard Premier Inn, so you know what to expect - builders, other trades and business folk staying during the week, families at the weekend. The rooms are always clean and tidy - the duvets lovely and warm! The pub across the carpark is now a TableTable,... more

Had to stay here as I was going to an event in Cardiff and on the Saturday of my stay, all the hotels in Cardiff were full. Check in was excellent, very quick, staff very friendly. I'd booked a wheelchair accessible room and the room was indeed big. Only downside was the shower - I prefer a bath, specially when... more

We were looking for a 1 night stopover in the Vale of Glamorgan area for 2 adults and 2 children. Having recently had a bad experience in a Travelodge we found the Holiday Inn Express which seemed to offer similar accomodation at a similar price so we gave it a go. The cheapest price we could find was just under... more

We stayed here for 2 nights on an award stay March 4-6, 2007. Check-in was quick. Room was on 3rd floor. Decent size, Fit me and my husband and toddler just fine. Room had a full size bed with a couch and desk. There was free internet service available in the room if you brought your laptop. Bathroom is set... more

Stayed here as I was visiting a family member nearby. Was in the a basement room which was adequate for my needs but there was no view and it was noisy both from traffic outside (it was a Saturday night) and inside from an adjoining room. Parking can be difficult if you are unlucky as the car park outside fills... more

Slight exaggeration about the temperature in the room, but we arrived late on a wet night after a long drive from Essex and a decidedly chilly room was not welcome. There was no obvious way to turn the heat up either. I booked a twin room using my Club points. The only twin room they had was a smoking room... more

Booked through central reservations by phone. No problems adding extra rooms for other family members. Rooms clean but, as other reviewers note, there is a lot of noise outside around the petrol station at night, Breakfast was ok but not well organised so not so great if you are in a hurry. Tables were not cleared promptly. Bar in Harvester... more
