had two nights at one of the appartments at century wharf, it was advertised as a luxuary appartment, but it was not what l would call one, on arrival we were met by a rep of the firm, and taken to the appartment, there was advertised a welcome pack, but this was not there, also someone had switched the fridge off, so the contents were in a poor state the rep cleaned out the fridge, but used a strong cleaning agent, so we could not use it as a strong smell of chlorine when door was opened, after the rep had gone we had to wash all the cups and spoons as they had been left dirty and stained,also the sink had bits of food in the filter, also my pet hate HAIRS in the bath and toilet,, we did not eat anything in the flat just used it for sleeping. the appartment had nice views over Cardiff Bay, but was spoiled by poor housekeeping. check out was a matter of putting the keys through the leterbox on leaving. more
