We stayed here during a long weekend in Cardiff and Brecon Beacons. We paid £50 on a Saturday. Wales were playing Finland in a World Cup Qualifier and, as a result, there was very little room in any of the Cardiff 'inns'. booked this hotel as looks lovely on website. states 'chic' and 'boutique' , i dont think so. rooms are very basic, its a converted office block with office ceilings and flooring etc. stated parking but had to pay extra as car park always full. shabby curtains, no hot water in the morning so had to boil kettle for a wash.... more

Lots of bargains available in Cardiff, but still £48 for city centre B&B mid week is pretty good.. You get the feeling that the designer must have been on acid when this place was put together. Stayed here for one night in penthouse with my Partner. The room was large with a huge bed & floor to ceiling windows that gave fantastic views over to Cardiff Bay & the city. We stayed here because of the rugby. Was nice and close to the Stadium and city centre, easy walk and an easy stumble back from the nightlife Rooms were very large and spacious - a group of us went and we had a budget room and one of a higher quality that we had to pay a little more for.... more
