Attended Cardiff with my 7 year old son to watch the rugby. After the game we booked in and without any fanfare were told we had been upgraded. From a small executive to a corner suite with separate living room is quite a bounce up. Room service was impeccable, staff were great and friendly (impressive since most are eastern europeans)....

Had another pleasant stay at the the St David's Hotel & Spa. Room had a balcony with a fantastic view towards the Bay area. Pool area a little tired and in need of some cosmetic attention to enhance the experience.
Breakfast was included and was very nice.
Had a great night's sleep thanks to the comfortable beds

Exceptional service, espescially in the restaurant.Considering how many people were at breakfast the staff were attentive, efficient and ran the place seamlessly.The spa facilities were clean and relaxing with a pool large enough to swim in. The rooms were spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable.I would stay there again.
