Had to change rooms three times before we got a clean one, one which had windows that actually closed (necessary to shut out the road noise), and a sofa you could actually want to sit on. I stayed here in Easter week 2007 for a couple of nights and it was fine. The location was quiet and the room was small for a party of 2 adults and 1 child but it was clean with en-suite facilities. As a regular traveller and Holiday Inn Priority Club member I can honestly say that this is one of the worst HI-Express hotels I've stayed in. Unfriendly and rude staff from check in to check out. Very average room. You will not be made to feel at all welcome. Avoid. more
