Stayed here at the weekend to do some shopping, expecting a luxurious getaway experience. However, this place has had a 'slapdash' makeover and has many faults including - no bathrobes, no cafetiere, no 'chic' feel, broken furniture, uneven laminate floors, dirty cutlery, rubbish breakfast.
