Whilst the hotel was reasonably comfortable, it ceratinly needs some improvements. Staff were friendly and helpful but really the hotel was a little bit poor. For this sort of price I would have expected smarter bedding, a better bathroom etc. Not so much a bad hotel as a bit sloppy on the details. Good hotel and excellent value for money. Room was very clean and the staff were kind and friendly. Asked about local pub/ restaruants, one member of staff even took the trouble to book us ia table and a cab. Can highly recommend a stay here for your visit to Cardiff. Taffylad more
